  • Can I order online and pick it up in store?

    Yep, sure can! Just select whichever store you'd like to pick-up from during check-out and you can come see us in store! When you get to the store, just find someone from our team and tell them you're here for pick-up! :)
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?

    If you need expedited shipping, please text or chat with us and we will do our best to get the product to you in time!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    It depends. We ship out all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, except orders on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays which all go out on Mondays. The shipments are coming directly from our stores in Nashville and Houston, and it typically takes 3-5 days for UPS to deliver to your door......
  • My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it - is it lost?

    Well shoot! I'm sure we can find it.. just text or chat with us and we'll get it sorted out!
  • What is your return policy?

    If you opened the product... If you opened the product within the 10 days of purchasing and aren't happy with it... no worries, just let us know what you didn't like about it and we will issue you in-store credit (to be used online or at one of our stores).   • Where is Club Lemon Laine available? Do you ship internationally?

    Currently Club Lemon Laine is only able to ship to people in the contiguous United States--aka "the lower 48".
  • Why won't next-day delivery pop-up for me?

    We're sorry you're having trouble! There are several reasons next-day delivery may not show during check-out: Your cart must be at least $50 Guaranteed Next-day delivery is only available for certain zip codes, and your shipping address zip code does not match one of the zip codes offered; and/...
  • Will my order ship together?

    We do our best to have all products in your order come in one shipment, but sometimes we have to split the shipment into several due to certain products being in our Houston store and others in Nashville (or vice versa).
