• Can I collect and use loyalty points when I shop at Lemon Laine phyical stores?

  Yes to both. If in our stores in Nashville and Houston, just let a team-member know that you're a Club member at checkout so that you can redeem points for any purchase (and use any points that you had from prior purchases)!

• Can I spend accumulated loyalty points after canceling my membership?

  Yes. You may need to let someone from our team know that you're no longer a Club member but have un-used points--but they can sort you out.. just thanks for your patience!

• Can I use my loyalty points on any product, or is it limited to certain items?

  Yes, any and all products--no special 'loyalty stores' or anything like that. Your points are as good as cash.
